COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain ERN-137.020-2048 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hoffman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Herion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Homag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hoffman such as the LEDA1S35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FCA132SB4 manufactured by Herion and we are pleased to be able to service most Herion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2083015089 by Manufacturer Homag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 30735974002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Homatic such as 2083028142 equipment made by Homatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Homatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Homatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AMN60RADCE made by Hitachi as well as the popular CNC90 original spares produced by Heller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 25BR4 by Hills-Mccanna-Ramcon and 2083028142 spares by Homatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TW29B310L040T045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hengesbach. |
