COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain 5292874C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hologic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hi-speed parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hiwin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hologic such as the 3850071 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P280130 manufactured by Hi-speed and we are pleased to be able to service most Hi-speed systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MGNR12R by Manufacturer Hiwin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 3167 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hes such as 1297E16 equipment made by Hes have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hes products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hes" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CLTAY81 made by Hios as well as the popular PIOA original spares produced by Heinen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS186C940 by Heidenhain and 1297E16 spares by Hes are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10265A110320001000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
