COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain 410.5GP6-10B00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hengstler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hardy product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hengstler such as the RI58O500ES41ID spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 070822800000000 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HISBH0445K by Manufacturer Hardy as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand 50105 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DPI610 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FFSB12E02ES2 made by Honeywell as well as the popular OCTOPUS original spares produced by Hirschmann Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0073290001 by Hk and DPI610 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PM0731S51C4M11N1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress. |
