COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain 376880-88 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Itt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ifm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Efector product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Itt such as the GT46CD2485D2LH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the O2IROSGDRS232E1E2 manufactured by Ifm and we are pleased to be able to service most Ifm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PN4222 by Manufacturer Efector as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keba Brand CB211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as IV500MA equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C7062A1012 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 4106 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM600A21600S by Hyde and IV500MA spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 70500018000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
