COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain 2289753S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hoffer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hematec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hoffer such as the 2007A3R2X1MC3PA7TDSR1HL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 63170282 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HAN by Manufacturer Hematec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand L704C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hewlett-Packard such as T6617 equipment made by Hewlett-Packard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hewlett-Packard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hewlett-Packard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SJ100 made by Hitachi as well as the popular IM4000 original spares produced by Hiac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HGW45HC by Hiwin and T6617 spares by Hewlett-Packard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 070101020035 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hohner. |
