COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain 1AK.3023-9000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gould product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 190EZB301CAAAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 093ABPS3C110B0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1200117011 by Manufacturer Gould as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro Brand 100SDIFFS66SM12N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Morse such as 175Q56H15 equipment made by Morse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Morse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Morse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1502900060 made by Peerless as well as the popular 110BYGH150001 original spares produced by Wantai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 182TTTS6026 by Marathon and 175Q56H15 spares by Morse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1326ABB520E21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
