COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain 08S12-09 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hydac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the SLC24hR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 874LG0400140 manufactured by Hydac and we are pleased to be able to service most Hydac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 260VN000500A003 by Manufacturer Lenord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Image Brand DMK21BF04H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ll-Rowe such as 41110 equipment made by Ll-Rowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ll-Rowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ll-Rowe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TU18 made by Intek as well as the popular LJV7200 original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FPG2DS by Honeywell and 41110 spares by Ll-Rowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 404385 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial. |
