COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kister-morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Meggitt-/-Whittaker-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leach such as the TD16412001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVS2000 manufactured by Kister-morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Kister-morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 158127 by Manufacturer Meggitt-/-Whittaker-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand 773505 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mazak such as D65RA002610 equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 72036 made by Pepperl as well as the popular ILB02 original spares produced by Hitachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 445100490SR12A110 by Omron and D65RA002610 spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FD2PCU300A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
