COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Harmonic HTL8000-1L-AS-DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the MATRIX2121 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KSM012B061C35NM1HP2SENND7NNFW manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC697CPX782HD by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand HVE022W018N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fisher-Rosemount such as KJ4001X1BE1KJ4001X1BA2C60NPS5RC24 equipment made by Fisher-Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher-Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher-Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC693ALG220 made by Fanuc as well as the popular JANCDCG24DF8203003RevCOC0 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IQ3XCITE96USAULBAC24 by Trend and KJ4001X1BE1KJ4001X1BA2C60NPS5RC24 spares by Fisher-Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
