COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hardy 45245U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hartford products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hauni product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hartford such as the LD180P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 38542065 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F2051G by Manufacturer Hauni as well.

Spare units by Hiwin such as HGW15CAZAC equipment made by Hiwin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hiwin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hiwin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P262002 made by Hi-speed as well as the popular ROD4262500 original spares produced by Heidenhain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FIT by Hbm and HGW15CAZAC spares by Hiwin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H4890P1240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harland-Simon.
