COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hardinge SR-0011844ENAT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prometec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the TPJE9S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WOPITX550KTC manufactured by Lauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Lauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T300 by Manufacturer Prometec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Accuweb Brand 15X375U461201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advantest such as Q82018A equipment made by Advantest have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantest products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantest" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ST200CP05W made by Yamatake as well as the popular S013A original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the THINVIEW by Computer-Dynamics and Q82018A spares by Advantest are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMF050M313NQBAEZZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion. |
