COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hardinge CN-0011791-67 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the E4809770010B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FCUALD10 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E615 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-Face Brand DigitalMTK2300V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elo such as ET1547L8CWC1G equipment made by Elo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP670900010020 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular FINI99334 original spares produced by Rafi-Gb-Ltd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GT1565QTBA by Mitsubishi and ET1547L8CWC1G spares by Elo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FP775S42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
