COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hanna Instruments HI720 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hengstler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harmonic-Drive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heller such as the E23020064000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 522571 manufactured by Hengstler and we are pleased to be able to service most Hengstler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCR5C1CC by Manufacturer Harmonic-Drive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heitronics Brand MS35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hirschmann such as RS2FX equipment made by Hirschmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hirschmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hirschmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIF50DPS made by Hilscher as well as the popular RH8C3006E100D0 original spares produced by Harmonic-Drive-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11BRCT300M105 by Harowe and RS2FX spares by Hirschmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HGH30CAH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hiwin. |
