COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hamamatsu HC124-21G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hansatech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hayssen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hansatech such as the 23248 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10397A8300 manufactured by Hayssen and we are pleased to be able to service most Hayssen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ROD426A5000 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hepco-Applied-Motion Brand PSD120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hamilton such as 237370 equipment made by Hamilton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hamilton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hamilton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3600221C made by Hanovia-Uv as well as the popular HM604 original spares produced by Helm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HNC5444 by Hirata and 237370 spares by Hamilton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIF7R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
