COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hallmark Industries MD0090X-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the M112503600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M7045T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M35V227Q188G1 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand M321501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as MAC093B0GS4C110A3WI522LVS00 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC90B0JD1B110A0I1250S01 made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC025C0QS3E040B0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M640A1147 by Honeywell and MAC093B0GS4C110A3WI522LVS00 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC71C0JS4C095A2MR119S001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
