COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Haidenhain EQN 1387.025-2048 P9 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lightnin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yokogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the EM41031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DuraMixMotor manufactured by Lightnin and we are pleased to be able to service most Lightnin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DB5C015G by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFT71D4WGEARRF27DT71D4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amk such as DVSA10744DOO equipment made by Amk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EM4115T made by Baldor as well as the popular DFSM2030B252A original spares produced by Sanyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDS021W150D by Indramat and DVSA10744DOO spares by Amk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EB404D91B3001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
