COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gwb W25 587.36.4.96 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Helwig products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hydra-lock parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hi-max product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Helwig such as the 0315X0787X114 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AC49715 manufactured by Hydra-lock and we are pleased to be able to service most Hydra-lock systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BL4 by Manufacturer Hi-max as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hub-City Brand 202007760 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ina such as ZKLF20682RS equipment made by Ina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ina" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JFN42B made by Hansen as well as the popular 145X12 original spares produced by Hi-lo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCJ35NFA125 by Ina and ZKLF20682RS spares by Ina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCJ35TVFA1255 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ina. |
