COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gurley Precision Instruments P40020B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Haas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the TNC151A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0563628V03 manufactured by Haas and we are pleased to be able to service most Haas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EXE650BX2510 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Haenel Brand MP10A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Haydon-Ametek such as LRN04BM0500A7 equipment made by Haydon-Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Haydon-Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Haydon-Ametek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ROC4135127S758 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular LIF7R original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36860403 by Heidenhain and LRN04BM0500A7 spares by Haydon-Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Precision Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
