COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gtr Nissei G3FM-18-25-020T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the FSP2003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDET5C3BA59830186 manufactured by Cem and we are pleased to be able to service most Cem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DKCXX32007 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand DRG31100A230B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as FC003502 equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FR25C198 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular F2CT455ZC15119 original spares produced by Kawasaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E0408 by Teco and FC003502 spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DPA10016DPA10016 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo. |
