COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hbm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heller such as the MC16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KWAT010W33SS1F12232 manufactured by Hbm and we are pleased to be able to service most Hbm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 406068 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gusher Brand 35K915672 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harowe such as 21BRCX501H4220 equipment made by Harowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harowe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4063648A made by Heidenhain as well as the popular ROD426B07 original spares produced by Heidenhain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OML104 by Haas and 21BRCX501H4220 spares by Harowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7921CA09 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hamamatsu.
