COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grundig Deckel NPP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harland-Simon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harland-Simon such as the H4890P1240 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECN1313 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 59487802 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand 420000B1024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harowe such as 11BRCT300F10A equipment made by Harowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harowe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3094G made by Haas as well as the popular 63942014 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PLT by Heller---Uni-pro and 11BRCT300F10A spares by Harowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10000915 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heason-Technology. |
