COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grundfos MTH2-60/3 A-W-A-AOOV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Imagine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the HFCVWS16HF3D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WHHC27TRAN4WHHC27REC43A manufactured by Imagine and we are pleased to be able to service most Imagine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDC011K100ADL0101 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Johnson-Controls Brand VFD68CHH2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jamesbury such as 815W112236TTC equipment made by Jamesbury have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jamesbury products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jamesbury" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSD603812 made by Hoffman as well as the popular N700E1320HF original spares produced by Hyundai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TDA111003AP0 by Indramat and 815W112236TTC spares by Jamesbury are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TVM21050W1115V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
