COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grove Gear GR-TMQ-8157.5-D-56 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harowe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heinen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harowe such as the 11BRX300G105 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIOA manufactured by Heinen and we are pleased to be able to service most Heinen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMG by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand LMA60BS185YC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grove-Gear such as GRTMQ81575D56 equipment made by Grove-Gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grove-Gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grove-Gear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LBB2500 made by Heim as well as the popular BC120F original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7921CA09 by Hamamatsu and GRTMQ81575D56 spares by Grove-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VK030S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grundig. |
