COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grove GR-TMQ842-50-R-180 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Demag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Demag such as the LM01451110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP090M017111000 manufactured by Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MW145 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Alpha Brand GTS100M01010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Placid such as H85242 equipment made by Placid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Placid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Placid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H3SH made by Flender as well as the popular MR94255UGC original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HU100 by Foote and H85242 spares by Placid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M103A22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
