COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grove BM226-25-2-140TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electra-gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electra-gear such as the EL826004300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E17XDBS062X0AB manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E24MDTM41000EK by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martin Brand D16B38 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHJMS154175Y29 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHH6195Y25 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular BMQ832100140L original spares produced by Ohio Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMQ8265056L by Grove and CHHJMS154175Y29 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C302N0210MR160050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
