COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Link-belt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ohio product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Link-belt such as the BY410604A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHJS4166DC595 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DPL22622133 by Manufacturer Ohio as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emp Brand DDT2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Formsprag such as CL42155202 equipment made by Formsprag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Formsprag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Formsprag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D120B18112 made by Martin as well as the popular CNHX4090Y11 original spares produced by Sumitomo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F4020AO0072MO30 by Stober and CL42155202 spares by Formsprag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CVV4175DCY1741 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo.
