COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hayward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hub-City parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ina product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hayward such as the BY41120EG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 022064607451101BWR manufactured by Hub-City and we are pleased to be able to service most Hub-City systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PHE40 by Manufacturer Ina as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hub-City Brand GEARREDUCER in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ina such as 17KWE25V054 equipment made by Ina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ina" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RASE80 made by Ina as well as the popular AL666 original spares produced by Hkk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4255B55A32H7GG by Hbe and 17KWE25V054 spares by Ina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CH6018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
