COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grove 1175-2 RATIO 60 :1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hds-Harmonic-Drive-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hub-City product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hds-Harmonic-Drive-Systems such as the CSF81002XHF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25V1090SK manufactured by Idc and we are pleased to be able to service most Idc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3022021104033 by Manufacturer Hub-City as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hilliard Brand 711R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Horton such as 8189 equipment made by Horton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SBA000334601 made by Hardinge as well as the popular HTSG8082H75270MSRH original spares produced by Heinz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GR81820209716 by Grove and 8189 spares by Horton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WS120F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gtc. |
