COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Green C&c Tech GH001A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Haas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hammond parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Haas such as the 93324300E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C1F003EES manufactured by Hammond and we are pleased to be able to service most Hammond systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2954341G by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has H.t.k.k. Brand N209552A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Haldex such as G1108E1A120N00 equipment made by Haldex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Haldex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Haldex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RH8C3006E100D0 made by Harmonic-Drive-Systems as well as the popular 63942014 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 55765004 by Heidenhain and G1108E1A120N00 spares by Haldex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OUTBOARDENGINE54891US Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hangkai. |
