COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Graseby Volkmann 72133G1-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Halcon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hayssen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove-Gear such as the VHHM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33221 manufactured by Halcon and we are pleased to be able to service most Halcon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10217A2409 by Manufacturer Hayssen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Guardscan Brand GS120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harland-Simon such as H4890P1446 equipment made by Harland-Simon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harland-Simon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harland-Simon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 72133G1C made by Graseby-Volkmann as well as the popular 23272 original spares produced by Hansatech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G3LM1810T020 by Gtr and H4890P1446 spares by Harland-Simon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 05350356 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hardy. |
