COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Graseby 72013G2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hdr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grosse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harland-Simon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hdr such as the SHPF3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NAME manufactured by Grosse and we are pleased to be able to service most Grosse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H4890P1446 by Manufacturer Harland-Simon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hauni Brand F2051G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grecon such as 5815885EX equipment made by Grecon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grecon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grecon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 48600135000 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular WP5628184 original spares produced by Heidelberg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 91321001C8 by Hays-Cleveland and 5815885EX spares by Grecon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MES0628 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Guardscan. |
