COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grain Systems Inc D03-0232 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hardland-Simon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidelberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ham-let product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hardland-Simon such as the HS80 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5370600 manufactured by Heidelberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidelberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HM204VKLCM5GM4GF4 by Manufacturer Ham-let as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gse Brand 03825000101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grundig-Deckel such as NPA01 equipment made by Grundig-Deckel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grundig-Deckel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grundig-Deckel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 33221 made by Halcon as well as the popular 984895 original spares produced by Haver--Boecker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2954660V by Heidenhain and NPA01 spares by Grundig-Deckel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 28562001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
