COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grafikontrol G94101E3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HMV011RW0045A07NNNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IWS1501 manufactured by Nematron and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HND3800T33W by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand KSM012B061C35NM1HP2SENND7NNFW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hokoyo-Automatic such as KAD300 equipment made by Hokoyo-Automatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hokoyo-Automatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hokoyo-Automatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HDS032W100N made by Indramat as well as the popular IS560300 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600LINB1 by Fanuc and KAD300 spares by Hokoyo-Automatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMV011RW0065A07NNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
