COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Graco DIH23-23-005Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grosse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harland-Simon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harland-Simon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grosse such as the NAME spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 190721E11 manufactured by Harland-Simon and we are pleased to be able to service most Harland-Simon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H4890P5001 by Manufacturer Harland-Simon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand 24563002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hamo such as 939620183 equipment made by Hamo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hamo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hamo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T7951 made by Graseby as well as the popular OML104 original spares produced by Haas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S312 by Guzik-Air-Bearing-Technology and 939620183 spares by Hamo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WP5628184 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidelberg. |
