COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gould M33Y-YMRY-Y00Y-1P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Japan-Servo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mcg-Ametek-Pittman-/-Dynotek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Japan-Servo such as the KP56KM2018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M235H6JA300R manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature I4684ME5072120ZWS401 by Manufacturer Mcg-Ametek-Pittman-/-Dynotek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand M113002800 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stober such as K102SGD0115MQ10 equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HSF03MNH made by Haidenhain as well as the popular IAC2430MC original spares produced by Airmaster Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM60003 by Lincoln and K102SGD0115MQ10 spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1726T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
