COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gould M236-Y60Y-900Y-ND parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Inverter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Georgii-Kobold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Inverter such as the IDK3684T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KXN60828S65 manufactured by Georgii-Kobold and we are pleased to be able to service most Georgii-Kobold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IDXM7010 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand HT003504PW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lust such as LSH074260560T1 equipment made by Lust have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lust products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lust" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IDNM3542R40LP56 made by Baldor as well as the popular IJ84074142 original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSM23N6602E1OKA by Giddings--Lewis and LSH074260560T1 spares by Lust are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IEC132ME9M817234 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
