COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gould M131-H60B-9K0F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harowe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gw-Industry-Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harowe such as the 11BRCT300F10A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33696328 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YY7122 by Manufacturer Gw-Industry-Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hannstar Brand 8CG48SW1A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Haas such as 180724AH equipment made by Haas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Haas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Haas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RGS made by Haydon-Kerk as well as the popular 21BRCX500MA7 original spares produced by Harowe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2RB510 by Greenco and 180724AH spares by Haas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 63942014 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
