COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gould M113-A1JK-3B0B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seipee parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Demag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the HSM320B24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPE63LB2B34 manufactured by Seipee and we are pleased to be able to service most Seipee systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature kba90 by Manufacturer Demag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand HF3UO27N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yamazaki-Mazak such as KRQ065NE30 equipment made by Yamazaki-Mazak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yamazaki-Mazak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yamazaki-Mazak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K42HLLMLNKNS02 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular LR1059 original spares produced by Brook Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HD101B12 by Mitsubishi and KRQ065NE30 spares by Yamazaki-Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE100F4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lafert. |
