COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gordos Crouzet GORDOS PB-32D Board parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chi-Mei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ann-Arbor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the GT1040QBBD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M150X3T05 manufactured by Chi-Mei and we are pleased to be able to service most Chi-Mei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature INX8500 by Manufacturer Ann-Arbor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sii Brand MCLD0194V0900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as GT1662VNBA equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP37SC1124V made by Proface as well as the popular M4800SKB original spares produced by Sato Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWS1013016 by Nematron and GT1662VNBA spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
