COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Goodyear PD2100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sterling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-eurodrive such as the SF67AM56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RGIS080006270S1S1X005320 manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S2325HQ02518121 by Manufacturer Sterling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand PS115025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thk such as SHS35LV2UU440L equipment made by Thk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RLF43BNR112 made by Hansen as well as the popular REX80KRIV original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RC160P01N101 by Gr and SHS35LV2UU440L spares by Thk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSGHF3026AH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
