COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Good Year 800-8M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Helical products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gripfast parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Helwig product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Helical such as the MC7CM22520mm16mm spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 501ID101OD manufactured by Gripfast and we are pleased to be able to service most Gripfast systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E57476 by Manufacturer Helwig as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grove Brand BM12623TX25140TC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hardinge such as SBA000334601 equipment made by Hardinge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hardinge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hardinge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3230HV0856 made by Hbd-Industries as well as the popular 9WU20ZP2 original spares produced by Grove Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QHRD3CLD25 by Hansen and SBA000334601 spares by Hardinge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D3357 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hartness-International. |
