COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Global Laser Technology Solutions FT148D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Graco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Halton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gmi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Graco such as the DIH2323005Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BF242 manufactured by Halton and we are pleased to be able to service most Halton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 050G100040 by Manufacturer Gmi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Graco Brand P20VM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grafikontrol such as 9123 equipment made by Grafikontrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grafikontrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grafikontrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HD461 made by Heavyd as well as the popular GTKB75x90DANP7AF05 original spares produced by Gt-Attuatori Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76003G32 by Graseby-Volkmann and 9123 spares by Grafikontrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1703AFC15H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graham. |
