COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Glideforce LACT24-500A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hayward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hall-Control-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Graham product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hayward such as the DB1100ST spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCSLH5625 manufactured by Hall-Control-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Hall-Control-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 175H7367 by Manufacturer Graham as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heavyd Brand HD059 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gmf-Robotics such as Karel equipment made by Gmf-Robotics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gmf-Robotics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gmf-Robotics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ELHMQ81810H56XX made by Grove as well as the popular OP2438 original spares produced by Gutor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 200HMT50 by Graham-Transmissions and Karel spares by Gmf-Robotics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 23263 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hansatech. |
