COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Glentek GM2320-10-02001810-054 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cem-Parvex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynamotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cem-Parvex such as the FDET4C3B1R05042 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DY151U manufactured by Dynamotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GJVI264007R3 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand EP00545 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as En208 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EM3660T made by Baldor as well as the popular ERN13214096 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EM327 by Ade and En208 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FCM307PT4C55STR1D0F00X400B341001D0495154 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
