COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Glentek GA4552-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gmf-Robotics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gmt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Glentek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gmf-Robotics such as the Karel spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRD0375 manufactured by Gmt and we are pleased to be able to service most Gmt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GA45521 by Manufacturer Glentek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Greyline Brand 4161324N12I in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harowe such as 21BRCX501H4220 equipment made by Harowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harowe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 09000143 made by Hayes as well as the popular GBD04160 original spares produced by Gmt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4111512G01 by Hagan and 21BRCX501H4220 spares by Harowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HHP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graco-Robotics. |
