COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the G&l Beijer Electronics Ab MAC-50 Ver 3.05 type 00921B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Opti-Mate parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Advantech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the QPJGEG201QPJGEG201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OM1712REVE manufactured by Opti-Mate and we are pleased to be able to service most Opti-Mate systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PPC60SRT by Manufacturer Advantech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weintek Brand MT8104IH2EV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lambda-Physik such as Nr26235310 equipment made by Lambda-Physik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lambda-Physik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lambda-Physik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OICB15S2EMXU made by Invensys as well as the popular PCS200FZ original spares produced by Lauer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PGMCHH by Hitachi and Nr26235310 spares by Lambda-Physik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PPS8500DLS2C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Statec. |
