COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.1302779 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hangkai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harowe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Groschopp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hangkai such as the DD48V1200W50HP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15BRCX600J43 manufactured by Harowe and we are pleased to be able to service most Harowe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8093361 by Manufacturer Groschopp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Goss-International Brand WP58778 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hantek such as DSO8202E equipment made by Hantek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hantek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hantek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10035096 made by Glunz--Jensen as well as the popular 11BRCT300M105 original spares produced by Harowe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5020386200 by Giddings-Lewis and DSO8202E spares by Hantek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 27515525 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gorman-Rupp. |
