COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.1302.7479 R0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Spectrum-Illumination products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pall-Industrial parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pinnacle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Spectrum-Illumination such as the MSP325630120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MI771BZ008Z manufactured by Pall-Industrial and we are pleased to be able to service most Pall-Industrial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MGK24OFAU by Manufacturer Pinnacle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Total-Control Brand MMS2236100C1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MRS1200E31 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC510410201 made by Hitachi as well as the popular MGE4120CBNS0000 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSC801 by Mori-Seiki and MRS1200E31 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NC670RT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
