COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.1302.7089 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mannesmann-Demag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mannesmann-Demag such as the KBR80B122 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSM6312604MOKA240N manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD20112SP by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gfc Brand K20071K6UTPM140M05501601102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-American such as ISO9001 equipment made by North-American have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LAR3002555F made by Smac as well as the popular K6M4 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HFSP102BK by Mitsubishi and ISO9001 spares by North-American are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HRL72180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
