COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.1302.1264 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the K67AM145KS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC44VL852C manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LX3330BVL by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rohm Brand KUBF20035820377428025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ec-Motion such as HECM269F18A1 equipment made by Ec-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ec-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ec-Motion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JUSPWS15AB made by Yaskawa as well as the popular IEC34EN60034 original spares produced by Lafert Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCSFS52G1H117 by Mitsubishi and HECM269F18A1 spares by Ec-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LD620ELR0004 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gec-Alsthom. |
